What we text

•
When the Parker shop is closed or has special hours (for example holidays and card show weekends), with a reminder the day before.
•
Updates about visits you booked and sell or trade offers you started in the E4C app.
Message frequency varies; most members get a few texts a month or fewer. We don’t text ads from other companies.

How you sign up

Texts are only for members who ask for them. In the E4C app, open My rewards, find Text messages, tick the box and tap Turn on texts. The box is never ticked for you. The wording you agree to is:
“Yes, text me E4C Shop Alerts from Elite 4 Collectibles at the mobile number on my account: shop closures and special hours, and updates about my visits and sell or trade offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Agreeing isn’t required to buy anything.”
Agreeing to texts isn’t required to buy anything, sell or trade, or be a member.

Cost

E4C doesn’t charge for texts. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text and you won’t get more texts from us (we send one text confirming). You can also turn texts off in My rewards at any time, or ask us to stop by phone, by email or in the shop. We will honor any reasonable request to stop. To start again, turn them back on in My rewards.

Privacy

We don’t sell, rent or share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone else for their marketing. We don’t share your agreement to receive texts with anyone except the service providers that store our records and send our texts. Our text message provider (Twilio) handles your number only to deliver our texts.

Mobile carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are sent to US mobile numbers. We may change these terms; the current version is always on this page.
